执政后中国共产党的先进性建设探析

Exploration on the Vanguard Nature of the Communist Party of China after It Became the Ruling One

中国共产党执政60多年中,高度重视自身的先进性建设,积累了丰富的经验,归纳起来讲,主要有:发挥思想建设的引领作用,把阶级性、先进性与代表性、群众性相结合,回答时代挑战,形成党的建设的总体目标和布局;坚持民主集中制和做好干部工作;构建教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系;采取有效措施把党的先进性建设落实到基层,是先进性建设的着力点。

This paper summarizes the advancement of the Communist Party of China after it became the ruling one and points out that the Communist Party of China highly focuses on its advancement construction and accumulates rich experiences during more than 60 years when it was in power,generally speaking,these experiences highlight the leading function of ideology construction,combine the class nature,advancement,representativeness and mass character together,and response to the challenges in modern times and form the general constructing goal and structure of the Party,in addition,which stick on the democratic centralism and cadre’s work and construct the punishment and corruption preventing system,and take effective measures to implement the advancement construction to the grassroots level,which is the main focus.
