移植肝保存的现状及进展

摘要肝移植已被公认为治疗终末期肝病的有效方法。自1963年Starzl成功施行了世界上首例人体肝移植手术至今,肝移植技术已有了长足的发展。而移植供肝的良好活力及以及移植后肝脏功能的尽快恢复都是决定肝脏移植成功的重要因素,其中移植肝的保存一直是肝脏移植支柱技术之一。基于现在普遍采用的器官低温保存的方法,移植肝的保存液也经历了不断的改进和发展,如何使供肝在肝脏循环停止至移植入受体内恢复血流的这段时间内保持良好的活性,
