高通量技术在肿瘤临床检测中的应用

摘要 肿瘤因高发病率,高病死率而成为严重威胁人类健康的一种恶性疾病。肿瘤发生是多因素诱导,多阶段逐步发生的,目前传统方法不能有效的评估肿瘤对化疗药物的反应性,肿瘤的复发及预后。高通量技术的出现将给肿瘤的临床检测带来新的契机。高通量技术是指快速检测大量样本的一类技术,它们的共同特点是速度快、检测样本多、敏感性高、信息量大、可自动化。高通量技术在不同研究领域有其代表性技术,
