摘要 针对支持多协议的13.56MHz RFID读卡器芯片解调电路的设计,给出一些关键电路的设计考虑。从读卡器结构入手,先介绍了支持多种协议的读卡器芯片解调电路的设计难点,然后对解调电路设计中的关键部分,提出了设计方法。最后,对流片结果进行了验证。 For the design of RFID reader chip demodulation circuit which can support multi-standard in 13.56 MHz,this paper provides some considerations to the key circuit design.Begining with the structure of the RFID reader,the difficulties for the design of RFID reader chip demodulation circuit which can support multi-standard are introduced first,and then the design solution is proposed to the key part of the demodulation circuit design.At last,the tapeout results are verified.
