摘要
目的:探讨CT灌注成像(CTP)降低采样时间分辨力后对脑梗死前期的诊断价值。方法:对24例有脑缺血症状的患者进行CTP扫描,采样时间分辨力为1 r/s。将原始数据降低时间分辨力达2 s得到另外一组数据。对数据使用NeuroPCT软件进行后处理,两组数据选择相同的ROI测量脑血流量(CBF)、脑血容量(CBV)及达峰时间(TTP),并与原始数据组处理结果进行比较。结果:时间分辨力降低到2 s时各灌注参数值与原始数据组比较差异无统计学意义。采样时间分辨力降低到2 s,CTP扫描射线剂量可能会降低一倍。结论:时间分辨力降低为2 s时对脑梗死前期进行CTP扫描,在明显降低射线剂量的前提下仍能准确诊断脑梗死前期。
Objective:To research the value of lowering temporal sampling rates of CT perfusion during the pre-infarction period.Methods: Twenty-four patients with ischemic complaints underwent CTP.The original sampling rate was one rotation per second,and another data set was obtained by lowering temporal sampling rates to two seconds.Data underwent postprocessing with Neuro PCT.Cerebral blood flow(CBF),cerebral blood volume(CBV),and time to peak(TTP),which were measured with the identical regions of interest(ROI).Comparisons were performed between the results of the two data sets.Results: No significant differences were found between the two data sets by means of perfusion parameters.The radiation dose might be reduced one half when the sampling rate lowered to two seconds.Conclusion: CTP could be useful in diagnosing patients suffering from pre-infarction period with two seconds temporal resolution,and the radiation dose would be reduced significantly.
