重庆市渝北区城乡居民胃相关性疾病患者感染幽门螺杆菌细胞毒素相关基因分布特征

Urban and rural residents in Yubei District-related disease in patients with gastric helicobacter pylori infection in CagA distribution

目的:探讨重庆市渝北区城乡居民胃相关性疾病患者感染幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)细胞毒素相关基因A(cytotoxin associated gene A,CagA)的分布特征及与胃相关性疾病的关系。方法:选取2009年5月至2011年12月来我院就诊的胃相关性疾病患者,从胃镜活检标本中提取Hp菌株DNA 156例(城镇患者80例、农村患者76例),采用特异性引物进行PCR扩增,检测Hp-CagA基因,并分析其分布特征及与胃相关性疾病的关系。结果:156例中Hp-CagA基因总阳性率为87.8%。城镇患者与农村患者之间Hp-CagA基因阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);四种疾病的城镇患者和农村患者之间Hp-CagA基因阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:重庆市渝北区城乡胃相关性疾病患者间Hp-CagA基因阳性率未见明显差异,特定胃相关性疾病间Hp-CagA基因阳性率也未见明显差异。

Objective：To explore the distribution of helicobacter pylori infection（Hp） cytotoxin-associated gene（CagA） and correlate it with gastric diseases in patients with gastric disease living in the urban and rural area of the Yubei District.Methods： From May 2009 to December 2011 in 156 patients（80 urban and 76 rural） with stomach related diseases were examined.From endoscopic biopsied specimens,the DNA of Hp strains were extracted by using specific primers for PCR amplification to detect Hp-CagA genes in order to analyze their distribution characteristics and correlate their associations with gastric diseases.Results： In 156 cases,the Hp-CagA gene was positive at a rate of 87.8 %.Between the urban and rural patients with positive Hp-CagA,the gene rate had no significant difference（P0.05）;In both urban and rural patients with Hp-CagA gene among four gastric diseases,patients with positive rate differences were not statistically significant（P0.05） Conclusion： Between urban and rural patients of the Yubei District,there is no significant difference in the Hp-cagA gene positive rate,and in the disease-specific correlation analyses,the gastric Hp-CagA gene-positive rate is not significantly different either.
