摘要
为提高二氧化钛的产品性能,以硅酸钠作为包膜剂,利用化学液相沉积法对二氧化钛初品进行了致密的二氧化硅包膜。使用X射线衍射分析法分析了样品的物相结构,并研究了包膜过程中钛浆料浓度、pH值、浆料温度和硅的含量,对其白度、光泽度和吸油量的影响。得到包覆硅氧化物的优化工艺条件为:TiO2浆料的浓度为166.67g/L,pH值为10,温度为70℃,硅的比例占钛的1%。经过硅包膜的样品的白度、吸油量和耐候性等性能得到了明显改善。
In order to improve the product performance of titanium dioxide,sodium silicate shall be used as the coating agent,and the primary products of titanium dioxide shall be coated compactly by silica,which make use of chemical liquid deposition.The phase structure of sample is analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis method,and the titanium slurry's concentration in coating process,PH value,slurry temperature and silicon content,as well as the effect on its whiteness,glossiness and oil absorption value are also researched in this paper.To get the silicon oxide coated product,the optimized process conditions are:the concentration of TiO2 slurry is 166.67 g/L,pH value is 10,the temperature is 70℃,and the silicon proportion shall take up 1% of titanium.The whiteness,oil absorption value and weatherability of the silicon coated sample are significantly improved.
