摘要
网络化时代,采用B/A/S多层架构是IT界公认的主流应用模式,是网络管理信息化系统开发运行最佳的选择方案,可以提供上至企业级、下至小型网络的网络计算模型和运行环境,适用于开发和部署多层体系结构的应用。组件技术是应用级别的集成技术,将应用软件分解成为一个个独立的单元,将软件开发过程转变成为类似于"搭积木"的搭建过程。采用分布式多层架构和组件技术可实现快速构建、快速开发应用系统。以江苏省气象法制管理平台为例,分析气象法制管理平台的技术路线所使用的组件技术和平台运行管理思路,阐述应用集成与实现。通过气象法制管理全过程的信息化规范化管理,使气象法制管理从立法、执法、社会管理到行政复议、行政诉讼的各个流程规范化、透明化,确保行政权力阳光运行。
In the network era,adoption of the multi-level frame of B/A/S is universally accepted mainstream applied pattern in the field of IT as well as the best option of the development and operation for the network management information system.It can provide the network calculation model and operation environment for an enterprise or small networks and fit for the development and deployment of multi-level system structure.Component technology is applied level of integration technology,which divide the application software into individual units and transform the process of developing software into the blocks-building process.The rapid development of application system can be realized by distributed multi-level structure and component technology.Taking the platform of meteorological legal system of Jiangsu province for example,the paper analyzes the technique and ideas for platform operation used in the platform technical route to elaborate the application integration and implementation.Through the standardization management,we can make the various processes of meteorological legal system standardized and transparent from legislation,enforcement and social management to administrative reviews and administrative prosecutions,to ensure the administrative power transparent.
