Goals and Modes of Classified Education for Graduate Students for Master's Degree

目前高校普遍采用的是单一的硕士研究生培养目标和方式,从招生到学制、课程设置、考核等环节基本上按学术型研究生的培养目标和标准进行。单一的学术型研究生培养难以满足社会多元化的需要。因此,研究生教育要确立"学术研究型"和"职业应用型"的分类培养目标,这是适应研究生教育改革发展的必然结果。通过改革研究生培养方式,在硕士生招生和学制、课程设置、科学研究、导师指导、培养考核等方面实行分类培养方式的新举措,通过多样性培养方式提高研究生教育的适应性。

Currently the universities generally adopt single goals and modes of education for graduate students for Master＇s degree,from admission to the school system,curriculum,assessment and etc.are carried out according to goals and standards of education for academic-oriented graduate students for Master＇s degree.It is difficult for single education for academic-oriented graduate students for Master＇s degree to meet the diversified demand of society.Therefore,goals of classified education such as academic-oriented and professional-oriented graduate education need be established,which is the inevitable result of the development and reform of graduate education.Through reform of mode of graduate education,the universities need adopt new measures of classified education for graduate students for Master＇s degree from the aspects of enrollment,length of schooling,curriculum,scientific research,supervision,and assessment of fostering so as to promote the adaptability of graduate education by means of diversified mode of education.
