肌骨瓣移植治疗高危股骨颈骨折66例临床分析

Treatment of High Risky Fractures of Femoral Neck with Muscle-Bone Flap Graft in 66 Cases

目的 :分析高危股骨颈骨折的临床特点 ,探讨肌骨瓣移植治疗高危股骨颈骨折的治疗原理和与手术有关的问题。 方法 :分别采用股方肌骨瓣移植和缝匠肌骨瓣移植方法治疗 66例高危股骨颈骨折。 结果 :随访 5 4例病人 ,平均随访5 2年 ,优 2 8例 ,良 2 2例 ,优良率 92 5 %。 结论 :肌骨瓣移植治疗高危股骨颈骨折技术成熟 ,简便易行 ,疗效满意 ,并发症少 ,适于基层医院推广应用。

Objective:Through analysis of the clinical characteristics of high risky fractures of femoral neck,to evaluate the principles of muscle bone flap graft and related surgical problems.Method:In 66 cases either transplantation of bone flap of quadratus femoris muscle or transplantation of bone flap of sartorius was performed.Results:Among the 66 cases 54 followed up(the mean follow up period being 5.2 years)and in 28 cases,the result was excellent and in 22 cases it was sa tisfactory.The overall satisfactory rate was 92.5%.Conclusion:Muscle bone flap graft in the treatment of high risky fractures of femoral neck is a surgical technique easy to perform with good results and with few complications,thus worthy of being popularized in many hospital.
