中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成

Treatment of Deep Venous Thrombosis in Lower Limbs with Integrated Traditional and Western Medicines

目的 :观察总攻溶栓疗法对 182例、198条肢体的急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。 方法 :其中用溶栓药配合扩张血管药局部患肢股动脉注射 ,应用抗凝及活血药物超声雾化吸入肺系给药 ,加上应用抗聚、去纤、扩管、抗炎及中医药治疗 ,使下肢静脉的血栓加速溶解。并配合保健措施如做屈踝体操、穿弹力袜。 结果 :总有效率为 82 83 % ,总治愈率为 5 5 0 5 %。 结论 :该方法见效快、疗程短 ,能降低该类病后遗症的发生率 ,该项综合技术安全、方便、易行、效果好 ,值得推广。

Objective:To treat the deep venous thrombosis (DVT)in lower limbs with comprehensive medical technique for 182 cases (198 legs)and check its effectiveness.Methods:speeding up the thrombus dissoltion in the lower limbs by locally injecting thrombus dissolving medicine and vascular enlargement medicine into femoral artery,letting patients inhale the antivoagulant and activator with ultrasonic atomizer,and prescribing antiinflammatory and fibrinolytic medicine as well as traditional medicine.The result could be enhanced if the treatment was supplemented by ankle exercise and elastic stockings.Results:The total effectiveness rate was up to 82.83%,and the total curingrate was up to 55.05%.Conclusion:The treatment was quick,easy and safe in achieving a good result,could lower the sequel occurrences and was worthwhile for extensive application.
