摘要
以南水北调东线一期江都第三抽水站改造工程为例,针对其油压装置油泵运行方式如何选择的问题,基于绝热过程方程式,采用对比的方法,分析了断续运行方式和连续运行方式的年用电费用、设备投资、设备寿命、技术经济性。结果表明:断续运行是油泵运行方式的最佳选择。
Taking Jiangdu No.3 Pump Station in the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Phase I Project for an example,according to the problem of how to choose that oil pump operating mode of hydraulic device,based on the adiabatic process equation,using the comparative method,the annual electricity costs,equipment investment,service life of equipment,technology and economy at intermittent operation mode and continuous mode of operation were analyzed.The results show that,the intermittent operation is the best choice for oil pump operation mode.
