摘要
为了探讨增强老年人健康水平的途径和方法,利用运动处方对老年人进行12周的身体干预实验,结果显示:老年男性心肺功能和肌肉力量出现显著性提高。老年受试者的柔韧素质都得到了提高,老年女性提高得更显著些;男女老年人的体重指数和腰臀比的变化不大,而男性老年人的臀围有所减小。结果表明:该运动处方对于增进老年男性的心肺功能和肌肉力量切实有效,对改善老年人的体型和身体成份可能有所帮助;设计的柔韧性练习对老年女性更具显效。根据实验结果建议:促进老年人健康状况应根据自身的情况进行选择性锻炼。
In order to explore ways and means to enhance the level of health of the elderly,a twelve week physical intervention experiment based on exercise prescription was carried out on elderly subjects.The results of the experiment show: the cardiopulmonary function and muscle strength of older men significantly increased.The quality of the flexibility of the elderly subjects improved;the improvement of flexibility for elderly women was more significant;there was little change in body mass index and waist-hip ratio in both sexes;the hip circumference of the old men was reduced.The results prove: the exercise prescription is effective in enhancing cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength in older men,and may help to improve the size and body composition of elderly;the flexibility exercise prescribed has better effect on elderly women than on men.Based on the results of the experiment,the senior citizens are advised to choose different types of exercises according to their physical conditions.
