掺合料性能比较试验研究

摘要 铁矿渣粉和石灰石粉混合料、Ⅱ级粉煤灰、磨细火山灰作为掺合料均具有改善混凝土和易性、微集料效应和形态效应,都具有良好的活性,但在化学成分、矿物组成、物理性能等方面有所不同。通过对掺三种掺合料的水泥胶砂、混凝土性能进行全方位的比较,粉煤灰水化热低、后期强度高、减水作用好;TL混合料水化速度快、早期强度高、发热量大;磨细火山灰水化速率快,强度低。社会经济、环保层面上,TL混合料、粉煤灰均为工业副品,利用工业副品有巨大的社会、经济效益和环保意义。磨细火山灰是利用天然火山灰岩磨制而成,属于天然建筑材料,利用它能带来巨大的经济效益。 Mixture of Iron slag and limestone powder, grade II fly ash and ground volcanic ash three mineral admixtures all improve the workability of concrete and micro - aggregate effect, and have good activity. However their chemical com- position, mineral composition and physical performance are different. An overall comparison of the performance of cement mortar and the performance of concrete, which were both mixed with the three different admixtures indicates that the fly ash produces low hydration heat, high late strength and proper water- reducing; the TL mixture produces rapid hydra- tion, high early strength and high heat; the ground volcanic ash produces rapid hydration and low strength. In terms of socioeconomic and environmental protection aspects TL mixture and fly ash are industrial subsidiary products, and use of industrial subsidiary products has a great social, economic and environmental protection significance. Ground volcanic ash is made of natural volcanic rock by grinding as a natural building material and its utilization can bring about huge economic benefits.
