摘要
为研究内流作用对深海采矿扬矿硬管涡激振动的影响,以Matteoluca改进的涡激振动结构和尾流振子耦合系统模型为基础,采用加速度耦合方式,用模态主振型函数对硬管微分方程进行了离散,对建立的内部流场作用下的深海采矿扬矿硬管涡激振动微分方程,计算分析了输送速度对硬管涡激振动固有频率和响应幅值的影响。结果表明,当输送速度使硬管固有频率在漩涡脱落频率附近变化时,结构和尾流振子耦合系统的振幅将会增加,系统的工作稳定性降低。为了保证管道输送的连续性,要避免采用使管线产生"锁振"现象的输送速度。
In order to study the effect of internal fluid on vortex-induced vibration of the lifting pipe,the differential equation for the response of vortex-induced vibrations of the lifting pipe in deep-sea mining with the effect of the internal flowing fluid is dissociated by mode shapes function.Depending on Matteoluca's coupling model of structure and wake oscillators,the effect of the internal flow velocity on the response and natural frequency of vortex-induced vibration was analyzed.The results show that when the natural frequency of the lifting pipe is near the vortex shedding frequency resulting from the variation of internal velocity,the response of the vortex-induced vibration will increase and the stability will reduce.For the sake of the continuity of the pipe transportation,the velocity which may induce lock-in state should not be adopted.
