摘要
本文针对GH4169合金轧棒经热矫直后δ相不合格原因进行分析,通过实验模拟不同矫直温度对δ相析出的影响。结果表明轧棒经930~990℃矫直后高倍检验δ相合格,而低温矫直会产生δ相不合格问题。
This paper studied the failure reason for GH4169 superalloy rollying bars after straightening process.The influence of straightening temperature to delta phase precipitating is analogized through test of various straightening temperatures.The results indicate that theδ-phase of the rolling bars meets the standard after heat treatment in temperature range of 930℃ to 990℃.Low temperature straightening results in failure of δ-phase.
