本文通过对烧结精矿处理量上不去的原因进行细致分析和探讨,找出主要原因是原料结构变化、炉料粒级变化及鼓风制度的影响等,并采取相应措施,以改善操控条件,提高精矿处理量。

Through detailed analysis and discussion to reason for the deficiency of sintering ore treatment capacity,it is found that the change of the raw materials structure,the change of charge materials size for the furnace,and effects of blast system are the main reason.and corresponding measures are taken to improve the operating conditions and to raise the concentrate processing.
