This paper introduces the basic concepts of cloud computing and the applications, as well as the relation between cloud computing and libraries. It gives the requirements of librarians＇ quality in the condition of cloud computing and discusses the ways to improve the quality of librarians. At the same time, it elaborates the four relations that a good librarian should deal with.
