摘要
针对非英语专业学生的学习现状,分析了词汇学习中的难点,以"非分析性自动化预制语块理论"为基础,对非英语专业词汇习得进行研究。教学实践表明,预制语块理论能够激发学生词汇习得的积极性、提高词汇运用的准确性,显著提升自主学习能力。该方法对英语教学具有重要的启示意义,有助于教师和学生更好地掌握词汇结构,为词汇学习提供新的有效途径。
This paper analyzes the difficult points in the process of vocabulary acquisition according to the present situation of learning. Based on the theories about UAPCs( unanalyzed and automatic prefab-chunks), it probes into the application of UAPCs in non-English majors'vocabulary acquisition. The teaching practice shows that the theory can cultivate the learners to take a great interest in vocabula- ry acquisition and use vocabulary properly so as to improve the competence of learning on their own. These research findings bear sig-nificant pedagogic implications because they may help EFL teachers and learners to know UAPCs better. It is therefore possible for them to try some alternative teaching methodologies and approaches in English teaching and learning accordingly.
