摘要
虽然我国已进入高等教育大众化阶段,但在人才培养类型、高校办学模式和管理体制方面仍停留在精英阶段,由此必然造成高校培养的人才与社会需求的类型失衡,带来人才供给丰富与适合人才短缺并存的悖论。为此,必须创新我国高等教育体系,在人才培养类型、高校办学模式、高等教育管理体制等方面进行全方位变革。
Although our country has entered the mass higher education stage,the types of training talents,running models of colleges and universities,and management system still remains at elite stage.Consequently,it leads to the imbalance between training talents of colleges and universities and the types of social demand,which causes the paradox of abundant supply and shortage of talents.Therefore,we should create higher education system to solve the problem and make comprehensive reform from some aspects including the types of training talents,running modes of colleges and universities,and management system of higher education.etc.
