摘要
人才培养是行业划转院校的首要职能与中心任务,科学研究和社会服务也是紧紧围绕这一中心工作展开的。本文以辽宁省为例,对辽宁省行业划转院校人才培养的机遇和困境进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。
Training talents is the primary function and center task of industrial transferred colleges,scientific research and social service are also started closely around this center.Taking Liaoning province as an example,the paper analyzes the opportunities and predicaments of training talents in industrial transferred colleges of Liaoning province,and also puts forwards the countermeasures.
