摘要 新安边油田构造位于鄂尔多斯盆地陕北斜坡西缘,东西横跨宁陕古河、蒙陕古河,油层埋深1560-2500 m。由于地层破裂压力低,且作业封固段长,固井质量难以保证。通过调整分级箍位置,优化水泥浆体系,减少了水泥浆环空液柱压力,解决了固井过程中的漏失问题,提高了油层段封固质量。 Xinanbian oilfield structure is located in the western edge of the slope of northern Shanbei of the Ordos Basin.From east to west of the oilfield,the oilfield cross the Ningshan Furukawa and the Furukawa between Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi,and the reservoir depth reaches to 1560-2500 m.As the formation fracture pressure is low and cementing operations section is too long,the cementing quality is difficult to guarantee.By adjusting the position of stage collar and optimizing the slurry system,the liquid column pressure of grout annulus was reduced,the leakage problem of the cementing process was solved and the quality of the reservoir sealing segment was improved.
