摘要 通过试验确立了氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定砷的条件,采用提高原子化炉温度至750℃可有效消除气相干扰,硫脲-抗坏血酸还原砷至低价,可直接测定硫酸中的砷含量。用实际品进行测试,相对标准偏差在2.76%~8.56%之间,回收率在99.4%~100.87%之间,可实现快速、准确分析。 The paper ensure the testing conditions of hydride generator-atomic fluorescence spetrometer method through experimentations.It can be efficency eliminated the interference in gaseous phase for the determination of aresenic by enhance tempreture to 750 ℃ and thiourea-ascorbic acid can fully deoxidized As(Ⅴ) to As(Ⅲ).The method is satisfied and can determinate arsenic content directly without sample treatment.With the practice sample check,the relatively standard deviation is between 2.76 to 8.56 percent and the recovery rate is between 99.4 to 100.87 percent.It can be realized to determinate aresenic content accurately and quickly.
