复方聚乙二醇电解质散在妇科术前肠道准备中的应用效果

Effects of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder for Preoperative Bowel Preparation of Gynaecology

目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散(商品名恒康正清)在妇科手术前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2010年6月至2011年3月在浙江省衢州市人民医院妇科行手术治疗的患者100例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=53)。对照组患者按照产品说明书口服恒康正清(B法);观察组患者先取恒康正清中聚乙二醇4000(PEC)60g冲服后,再取出氯化钾0.74g、碳酸氢钠1.6g、氯化钠1.46g、无水硫酸钠5.68g冲温开水口服(A法)。比较两组患者术中粪便污染和服药后心悸、乏力、腹部胀痛、恶心呕吐等症状的发生率。结果观察组患者术中粪便污染率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者服药后心悸、腹部胀痛、恶心呕吐等发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用口服恒康正清清肠,可通过改变冲服方法,降低手术中粪便污染的发生,从而减少术后感染的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for preoperative bowel preparation of gynaecology.Methods Using convenience sampling method,100 patients in the hospital from June 2010 to March 2011 were randomized into control group（n=47） to orally receive the Hang Kang Zhengqing following package insert and experimental group（n=53） to orally receive 60g of PEC and kcl（0.74 g）,sodium bicarbonate（1.6 g）,sodium chloride（1.46 g） and sodium sulphate anhydrous（5.68 g）.Comparisons were conducted between the two groups on the incidences of fecal contamination during opertaion and heart-throb,abdominal pain,tiredness,bellyache,nausea,vomiting after administration of the Hang Kang Zhengqing.Results The incidences of fecal contamination during opertaion was significantly higher in the control group than in the experimental group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference on heart-throb,abdominal pain,tiredness,bellyache,nausea,vomiting after taking the Hang Kang Zhengqing between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Hang Kang Zhengqing for preoperative bowel preparation of gynaecology may reduce incidences of fecal contamination during opertaion.
