摘要
采用层次分析法，以深圳港为你，用港口腹地经济，港口硬件条件和港口件条件为指标，并以深圳港为例在时间序列上进行实证测算，可得出2005-2009年深圳港的发展指数。根据区域港口发展指数可以对港口的发展水平进行定量性质的综合评判，进而可以使港口管理者及时把握港口的发展状况，为其制定港口发展战略提供理论依据。
The development level of ports in a region reflects in some way how the regional economy develops and whether macro- economy is prosperous. Through selecting proper index system and calculating the regional port developmental index, the paper conducts an experimental test in time sequence with a case study of Shenzhen port and works out the development index of Shenzhen port from 2005 to 2009. Based on the regional port developmental index, it is feasible to make a comprehensive quantitative judgment of the development of the port, allowing port governors to grasp timely information on its development and providing theoretical bases for setting up port developmental strategies
