摘要
为了培养食品专业学生的综合素质和提高食品分析实验的综合技能,对食品分析实验课程的教学进行了探索和实践。分析了传统实验教学中存在的问题;论述了在食品分析实验课程中开展设计性实验教学的必要性和具体做法;提出了教学实施过程中需要完善的几个方面。实践证明这种教学模式充分调动了学生的学习主动性,提高了实验操作技能和创造思维能力,取得了较好的教学效果。
To develop the comprehensive quality of food students and improve their skills of food analysis experiments,the exploration and practice of food analysis experiments teaching were carried on.Problems in the traditional experimental teaching were analyzed.The specific practices and necessity to carry out the teaching of design experiment in the course of food analysis experiment were discussed and several aspects,which needed to be processed during teaching,were proposed.The results showed that the reformed teaching pattern stimulated the learning interest of students,improved their experimental techniques and innovative spirits,and had been with the better teaching results.
