摘要
不同的体育锻炼方式对女大学生生活质量具有不同的影响。达到体育人口标准的女大学生生活质量要优于不经常参加体育锻炼的女大学生。因此,应重视体育锻炼对女大学生生活质量的影响,科学指导女大学生进行体育锻炼,使其树立正确的健康观念,掌握基本的运动技能与健康知识,并能积极参加体育锻炼,养成良好的自觉锻炼习惯,为我国终身体育的开展奠定良好基础。
Different ways of physical exercises have different effect on the quality of life of female undergraduates.Female undergraduates who have reached sport population standard are superior to those who do not often take part inphysical exercise.Therefore,should pay more attention to the influence of physicalexerciseon the female undergraduates andscientific guidanceto them to do physical exercise.to establish a correct concept of health to them,master essential sport skills and healthyknowledgeandparticipatein the physical exerciseactively,have good habits for taking physical exercise,then establisha good foundation for the launching of our lifelong sports.
