山西省贫困县中小学体育教育公平现状调查与研究

The Investigation and Study on P.E.Fair Conditions of Middle and Primary Schools in Shan Xi-Based Poverty-Stricken Counties

采用问卷方法,我们对山西省35个贫困县的中小学体育教师进行调查,力求全面了解和把握中小学体育教育资源的现状,结果显示:体育教师师资资源已基本满足正常的教学需要,但体育场地和器材资源需求很大,导致教师很难按照标准开展体育教学内容。在我国新的历史时期,在实施教育公平的原则下,各级教育主管部门要加大对贫困县乡镇中小学体育场地器材资源的配备力度,以促进贫困县整体的体育教学水平不断提升。

In order to completely make sense of and grasp present educational resources of middle and primary schools in Shan Xi,we investigated P.E.teachers of these schools in Shan Xi-based poverty counties through questionnaire.The results show that the resources of P.E.teachers can meet the regular teaching demands on the whole,while the space and equipments for P.E.are in shortage,which leads to poor P.E.teaching practice in light of its standard eventually.In the new era,based on the principle of education fairness,all the administrators of education departments need to put more emphasis on enlarging space and equipments for P.E.of those schools in Shan Xi-based poverty-stricken counties,and to improve the P.E.teaching in those areas.
