摘要
新建地方院校的区域影响力拓展需要立足于区域经济文化背景,依据区域分工理论与比较优势理论,提高地方高校专业设置与区域经济发展的适切度;借助区域创新理论,区域竞争力理论,确定产学研模式与路径走向的差异化特色;利用区域政策,抓住区域发展机遇,实现学科发展与行业产业对接,最终实现区域型高校对区域经济、文化、科技发展等的引领与辐射作用。
The influence of new local college needs to be based on regional economy and culture background,to take good advantage of the regional division theory and the comparative advantage theory,to improve the appropriate degree of the specialty establishment and regional economic development,to get help from the theory of regional innovation and the theory of competitiveness,to define the differences and complementarity of industry and science research mode and alignment,to make use of regional policy and grasp the regional development opportunity to promote the connection of discipline development and industry.In the end,new local colleges can lead and put forward the regional economy,culture,science and technology.
