摘要
为解决中小学民族乐器教师缺乏的问题,本文提出在音乐学(教师教育)专业学生中培养多能型民族乐器演奏与教学人才,并从人才的优势、人才培养的可行性、人才培养策略三方面进行论述。
To resolve the problem of lacking folk musical instruments players in primary and secondary schools,the paper mentioned in cultivating more players and teachers of multi-folk musical instruments in the music schools.Three aspects were discussed in this paper:advantages of the cultivation,the feasibility of training,and training strategies.
