摘要
针对液体食品软包装原纸板的特殊要求,研究了助剂对不同浆料纸张边湿水的影响.实验结果表明,烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)和聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂(PAE)的添加都会大幅度地降低纸的边湿水,添加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)后对改善纸张边湿水性能影响不大.结合实际生产成本,对于针叶木浆和化学机械浆,AKD用量(绝干/绝干)不宜超过0.4%;当AKD用量为0.4%时,对于针叶木浆原纸,PAE的最优用量(绝干/绝干)为1.5%;而对于化学机械浆,PAE的最优用量为0.4%.
The effects of different additives on the edge wicking of sheets were studied in regard to special requirements of liquid food packing paper. The results showed that both AKD and PAE improved the properties of edge wicking observably. But CAPM, as a single retention agent, had no remarkable effect on the edge wicking property. The best results for both the performance and cost were obtained when the dosage of AKD was 0.4% (odp). Under this condition, the edge wicking reached the lowest level when 1.5% (odp) of PAE was added in the soft wood pulp, but only 0.4% (odp) was needed for the chemimechanical pulps.
