摘要
针对企业职工继续教育的现实问题,结合高职院校的优势特点,提出构建企业继续教育体系的设想。该体系由企业继续教育管理体系、项目体系、课程体系三个子系统构成,依据企业基层员工的成长通道开发继续教育项目及相关课程,使在职学历教育和非学历教育相互渗透,形成系统的企业继续教育模式,使校企合作向更深层次发展。
In response to the practical problems to the continuing education for enterprise,the author proposes the construction of continuing education system for enterprise with the greatest advantage of higher vocational college.The construction is consisted of management system of continuing education for enterprise,project system.It developed continuing education project and related courses according to the growth of junior staff in enterprise and formed a systematic continuing education mode of enterprise which interpenetrates on-the-job to educating academic credentials and non-diploma education.It also promoted further development of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
