司法考试背景下法学本科教学模式的选择

The Choice of Teaching Mode for Undergraduate Law Education in the Context of National Judicial Examination

法学本科教育与司法考试的关系,一直是法学教育界和司法实务界普遍关注的问题。一方面,制度层面的思考十分必要;另一方面,法学本科教育亦应从现实出发,正视司法考试所带来的困惑,积极寻找自身与司法考试的契合点,并在"立足素质教育、兼顾司法考试"的基础上构建合理的教学模式。

Both the educators and practitioners have been paying special attention to the relationship between the undergraduate education of law and the national judicial examination.On the one hand,consideration for the law system is indispensable,on the other hand,law education for undergraduates should also start from the reality and search for the similarities with the examination,and then establish a teaching mode which focuses on the quality education while takes into account the judicial examination.
