大学生参与高校民主管理的现状及对策研究

The Research on Present Situation and Proposals of Students' Participation in the Democratic Management of University

大学生参与高校民主管理对于推进高校民主化进程,培养大学生自主意识,构建和谐的育人环境具有积极的意义。本文在对比中西方大学生参与高校民主管理存在差异的基础上,剖析了我国大学生参与高校民主管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

On the basis of differences comparations between China and western countries,the problems on the students＇ participation in the democratic management of university were analyzed in this paper,and the advantages of the student participation were also proposed.Corresponding advices were presented as following 3 aspects：foundation of strict systems,building of participation platform,foundation of standard organizations.
