婴幼儿与青壮年脑萎缩病因探讨(附185例临床与CT分析)

Study on brain atrophy of Infants chidren and youth (185 cases clincal and CT analysis)

目的：分析婴幼儿及青壮年脑萎缩的病因。方法：185例病人中按年龄分为二组，15岁以下婴幼儿青少年组105例，16－42岁为青壮年组80例。平均32．19岁。结果：根据脑部CT，结合临床分析及有关检查确定脑萎缩的诊断发病因。结论：本文资料表明凡有脑部疾病的诱因存在，无论年龄大小，均可导致脑萎缩的发生。感染、脑外伤、酒精中毒、癫痫、脑瘫等占比例较高。无论婴幼儿及青壮年的脑部疾病不能用其他神经系统体征解释的疾病，应及早做头颅CT检查。

To analyse the reason on brain atrophy of intants Children and youth. Method: according to the ages,185 pateints were divied in to two groups, one group is cases below 15 yare. old the other is 16 to 42 years old. Their average age was 32.19 years old .Results: According to the CT examination on brain the clinical analysis and are texts, the diagnosis and the reason of brain atrophy wade .Conchsion:no matter , How old he is the patient suffering from brain disease might have brain atrophy, Infaction brain injury, wine epilepsy brain palsy were common CT test should be first made for there patients if their patients if their brain diseases can not be definited.
