摘要
本文提出的定量相分析方法,解决了含非晶相试样的定量问题,并讨论了在各种具体情况下的应用。试验证明可将这一方法有效地应用于水泥、灰砂试样的矿相分析,它在玻璃、陶瓷等材料的分机中也有一定意义。
A quantitative phase analysis is proposed for samples with noncrystal phase in this paper. Its application to each specific case is also discussed. The experiments prove that the proposed analysis can be effectively applied to the mineral phase analysis of cement and motar samples, and to the analysis of glass, ceramics and metals as well. Particularly, it is also very convenient in the study of kinetics and mechanism of reaction, because the chemical composition of each sample remains unchanged, therefore it is not necessary to find out the mass absorption coefficients of the samples.
