特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血清白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α的水平及其意义 被引量：14

摘要 目的探讨血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者中的水平及意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked imm unosorbent assay,ELISA)对38例临床诊断为ITP的患者和40例正常人的血清IL-6及TNF-α含量进行检测。结果 38例ITP患者血清IL-6及TNF-α水平均高于正常人,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ITP患者经治疗后IL-6及TNF-α水平均下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IL-6和TNF-α在ITP发病过程中起一定作用。
