N-(4-吡啶基甲基)咔唑的合成、结构及性质研究

摘要 以咔唑和4-氯甲基吡啶盐酸盐为原料,N-烷基化反应合成了N-(4-吡啶基甲基)咔唑.考察了不同溶剂对反应的影响,其中DMF为最好,在室温下反应产率可达84%.对合成产物的结构用红外、核磁共振、元素分析、质谱进行了表征,结果显示,所得到的产物与所设计的目标产物结构一致.测定了该化合物的紫外光谱、荧光光谱,结果表明,该化合物具有较好荧光性能. N-(4-pyridylmethyl)carbazole was synthesized by N-alkylation reaction using carbazole and 4-chlorinemethyl pyridine as feedstocks.,the production rate in DMF reaching 84% under the ambient temperature.Elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR,MS are conducted to characterize the product's structure.The UV,fluorescence spectrum have been recorded,The results show that the compound has good UV absorption and fl uorescence.
