六十年来,系统科学大致经历了系统信息控制理论奠基、自组织理论攻关、系统哲学和广义信息探索、系统科学范式建构尝试这些重要阶段。系统科学不仅开创了科学技术新时代,而且开创了人类文明新时代。系统进化理论为辩证发展观提供了有力的科学支持。系统科学技术的成果,则为和谐社会提供着物质支持。广义信息理论贯通自然与社会、人类与生态环境、科学与宗教,揭示着和谐社会的深层规律。系统科学在优化社会控制、重塑英雄信仰、落实素质教育、促进科技创新等方面提供着翔实的思想启发,推动着高度进步的和谐社会发展。

Abstract： System science has experienced these phases： system information control theories, self-or- ganization theory, system philosophy and comprehensive information exploration and paradigm con- struction of system science. System science has ushered in not only the new era of science and technol- ogy, but also the new era of human civilization. System evolution theory has offered strong support for dialectical development concept. Accomplishments of system science provide material support for the harmonious society. Comprehensive information theory reveals laws of the harmonious society by linking nature and society, mankind and ecological environment, science and religion. System science plays an important role in improving social control, restoring hero adoration, implementing quality ed- ucation and accelerating scientific and technological innovation and promotes development of harmoni- ous society.
