摘要
轮胎偏磨是指汽车在行驶过程中,出现一侧过度磨损的现象,它是汽车售后经常出现的一种问题。本文以国内某量产轿车为例,针对其前轮偏磨的现象进行了细致的分析,找出了其偏磨的两个原因,外倾角变化过大、前束外倾不匹配。针对外倾角变化过大,我们对前悬架硬点进行了DOE分析,找出了对外倾角变化率影响最大的因子,并以为指导,修改悬架硬点、降低了外倾变化率。并对外倾及前束进行了重新匹配。经过台架试验及道路试验验证,偏磨现象消失。
Side wear of a tire means that an excessive wear on one side occurs during driving. It is a common problem in a vehicle's use. Taking a particular car as an example, the side wear of front wheels is fully analyzed and two reasons thereof are found: too big camber angle and an unmatched relation between camber angle and toe angle. Therefore, a simulation analysis of dynamic operating environment (DOE) is performed for suspension hard points to find the major factors to affect the change rate of camber angle. Furthermore, the suspension hard points are modified based on simulation results, thus reducing the change rate of camber angle. Also, the matching between camber angle and toe angle is conducted again. The test results show that the side wear is completely eliminated.
