摘要
目的观察玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法对123例膝关节骨关节炎患者(159个膝关节)腔内注射玻璃酸钠,每周注射1次,连续5次为1个疗程,采用HSS膝关节评分标准,分别于治疗前、治疗后进行评分,随访半年。结果 146个膝关节功能改善,症状减轻,总有效率达91.9%,半年随访,大部分患者膝关节症状、体征明显改善。结论玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎,能有效缓解疼痛,改善关节功能。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate for knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods 123 cases of knee joint osteoarthritis patients,total 159 gonitis were treated with sodium hyaluronate,once a week,5 times a course.The patients were evaluated with HSS＇Scale before and after treatment,following up for 6 months.Results The joint function of 146 knee improved.The total effective rate was 91.9%,the signs and symptoms of most patients were improved obviously.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate can alleviate the symptom effectively,and improve the joint＇s function for knee joint osteoarthritis.
