体育举国体制金牌战略的使命与缺失

On the Mission and Failure of Sports Nationwide System

举国体制作为一种资源整合模式,运用于体育领域便成为体育举国体制。我国体育举国体制主要运用于竞技体育领域,金牌战略则是其统领性方案,其应然使命是"夺标育人"。然而,只见"夺标",不见"育人"是金牌战略的实然缺失。建议我国体育举国体制的金牌战略重新审视竞技运动的价值取向,加强竞技与教育的结合,践行人文关怀理念,重拾奥林匹克精神。

The ＂Nationwide System＂,which is a mode to distribute resourse,can be called ＂Sports Nationwide System＂.This system is widely used in the sports field in our country and the strategy is its pracitical scheme whose goal includes winning the game and cultivating the human.However,the disfigurement of this strategy is the strength on winning the game but ignores the importace of cultivating human.There are four pieces of related advice.At first,the sports value should be considered completely.The second,the combiantion between sports and education is very necessary and urgent.The third,the idea of humanity spirit should be put emphasis on.At last,the Olympic spirit should be recognized again.
