急性脑梗死血清S100B、IL-1β的变化意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探索IL-1β(白介素-1β)、S100B(S100蛋白B)在急性脑梗死病程不同时期的浓度变化规律,分析其在疾病的发生、发展中的意义,为临床早期诊断及预后提供可靠依据。方法以急性发病症状不超过24h的脑梗死病人为研究对象,连续动态监测血清中IL-1β、S100B在病程不同时期的浓度变化,结合神经功能缺失程度,探明其在疾病的发生、发展中的意义。结果急性缺血性脑卒中病人血中IL-1β、S100B显著高于对照组。最初24h内的S100B、IL-1β的浓度与第3~5天、7~10天神经功能缺失显著相关。S100B、IL-1β进入回归方程。最初24h内的S100B浓度可预测发病第3~5天及第7~10天的神经功能缺损,且S100B值越大相关性越强。结论 S100B、IL-1β浓度与神经功能缺失程度相关,它们在发病后24h内的血清浓度可提示之后的神经功能缺损。S100B、IL-1β可作为监测急性脑梗死预后的标记物。本试验支持血清标记物诊断急性脑梗死,方便神经科医生据此迅速对对急性脑梗死病人作出诊断,指导治疗,并对以后的干预治疗设计出更佳的方案。
