血清脑源性神经营养因子在老年2型糖尿病中的表达及对认知功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察BNDF在老年2型糖尿病患者的表达及对认知功能的影响。方法选取100例老年糖尿病患者(DM组),100例正常老年人(对照组),年龄均>65岁。采用MMSE量表评估2组患者认知功能差别,同时测定外周血BD-NF。结果 DM组MMSE评分及外周血BDNF水平显著低于Control组(P<0.05);DM组中患病病程>20a的患者MMSE评分及外周血BDNF水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),组间年龄及HbA1C比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者认知功能显著低于正常人群,BDNF水平降低参与了认知功能下降过程。 Objective To observe the expression of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor and the effect on cognitive function in elder patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Two hundred patients were divided into two groups,DM group(n=100) patients were type 2 diabetes,and control group(n=100) patients were normal people.All patients were more than 65 years old.MMSE score was used to valuate cognitive,and BDNF in peripheral venous blood was detected.Results MMSE score and BDNF concentration in peripheral venous blood were significantly lower in DM group compared with control group(P0.05 or P0.01).When patients' diabetic course20 years in DM group,MMSE score and BDNF concentration in peripheral venous blood were further lower compared with control group(P0.05 or P0.01),age and HbA1c level were not different in the two groups.Conclusion Cognitive function in elderly diabetic patients is significantly lower than the normal people,and BDNF is involved in the process of cognitive decline.
