轻度认知功能障碍患者抑郁状况的相关因素分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的了解轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者抑郁状况及其相关因素分析。方法对48例MCI组和50例正常对照组患者抑郁程度进行评定,探讨MCI老年人的抑郁状况。结果 MCI组HAMD评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05),同时MCI组男性和女性HAMD评分明显高于对照组男性和女性(P<0.05)。结论 MCI是阿尔茨海默病的危险因素,MCI患者存在多项认知功能损害,抑郁情绪较正常老年人严重。
