COX-2、VEGF、TGF-β_1在甲状腺癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨COX-2、VEGF、TGF-β1在甲状腺癌中的表达与临床病理类型、病理分期和淋巴结转移的关系及临床意义。方法对75例甲状腺癌及20例正常甲状腺标本采用MaxVisionTM/HRP免疫组化染色法检测COX-2、VEGF、TGF-β1的表达。结果 COX-2、VEGF、TGF-β1在甲状腺癌组织中阳性率分别为74.67%、72.00%、68.00%,显著高于正常甲状腺组织(χ2=36.376,33.366,21.535,P均=0.000);COX-2、VEGF、TGF-β1在有淋巴结转移组织中表达显著高于无转移组织,与病理分期均存在正相关(r=0.277,P=0.016;r=0.402,P=0.000;r=0.272,P=0.018),COX-2与VEGF表达呈正相关(r=0.661,P=0.000),VEGF与TGF-β1表达呈正相关(r=0.782,P=0.000),COX-2与TGF-β1表达呈正相关(r=0.783,P=0.000)。结论 COX-2、VEGF、TGF-β1在甲状腺癌中过表达在肿瘤转移和侵袭过程中起重要作用,COX-2与TGF-β1可能都对VEGF有正向调节作用,从而进一步增加肿瘤血管生成,促进肿瘤生长和转移。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of COX -2,VEGF and TGF -β1 in thyroid carcinoma. Methods The expression of COX -2,VEGF and TGF -β1 was detected in 75 cases with thyroid cancer and 20 cases of normal thyroid tissue by MaxVisionTM/HRP immunohistochemistry method. Results The expression of COX - 2,VEGF and TGF -β1 in thyroid carcinoma was 74.67% ,72.00% and 68.00% ,which were observably higher than those in the normal thyroid tissue,with significant difference (X2 = 36. 376,33. 366,21. 535 ,P =0. 000). The expression of COX -2 ,VEGF and TGF-β1 was significantly different with lymph node metastasis status, was positivly correlated with TNM ( r = 0. 277, P = 0. 016 ; r = 0. 402, P = 0. 000 ; r = 0. 272, P = 0. O18 ). The expression of COX -2 was positively related to the expression of VEGF (r = 0. 661 ,P = 0. 000). The expression of VEGF was positively related to the expression of TGF - 131 ( r = 0. 782, P = 0. 000 ). The expression of COX - 2 was positively related to the expression of TGF -β1 ( r = 0. 783 ,P = 0. 000). Conclusion Over- expressed COX -2, VEGF and TGF-β1 plays important roles in the neoplasm metastasis and invasion. COX -2 and TGF - 131 might positively regulate VEGF to increase the vessel, promote tumor growth and invasiveness.
