摘要
目的 探讨巨大动脉导管未闭(PDA) 模型的建立及自制带阀门血管内支架堵闭装置在巨大PDA动物模型的应用效果。方法 应用10 只动物建立巨大PDA( 内径8 ~12 m m) 实验模型,然后经股动脉插入血管内支架堵闭装置,完成堵闭PDA。结果 所有的实验动物,堵闭均一次成功,术毕心脏超声、动脉造影均未见有残余分流;于术后1 ~180 d 行动物解剖,见PDA 堵闭完全,一个月以上动物的PDA 两端内皮生长完全,达到永久性闭合。结论 该装置有可能应用于6 岁以下的婴幼儿或内径为12~20 m m 的巨大PDA患者。
Objective To study the experimental effectiveness of self made stent with a valve on occlusion of large patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). Methods Ten animal models of large PDA(diameter 8~12 mm) were made between descending aorta and the pulmonary artery, then a self made stent was inserted into PDA through femoral artery. The animals underwent echocardiography and cineangiography examination immediately after the operation. The anatomical pathologic examinations were performed 1~180 days afterwards.Results There was no residual shunting in all animals after the procedure as tested by echocardiography and cineangiography.Conclusion The successful use of self made stent on large PDA has potential usefuliness in infants <6yrs or those who have large PDA with internal diameter of 12~20 mm.(Shanghai Med J, 2000,23∶27 28)
