摘要
以上海四川北路为例,文章描述了购物中心出现后四川北路及周边地区社会网络在社区与街道之间,社区内部以及社区与社区之间三个层面的转变,提出购物中心作为一种全球化力量在四川北路运作的商业形式,逐步瓦解了原有地方社会网络所依赖的社会构成、空间模式以及公共文化,并按照获取更多利润的原则建立了一种新的社会网络。这种重构导致了以地方为基础的社会和文化与功能性空间的脱离,并引发地方社区的自发反抗。而在这一过程中,地方政府和城市规划均没有发挥其应有的作用。
Taking North Sichuan Road of Shanghai as a case,this paper describes the transition of social network following the emergence of shopping mall on three levels:between the communities around North Sichuan Road and the life on the street itself,within the communities,and among the communities.It argues that the shopping mall as a business mode for the power of globalization playing on the North Sichuan Road,disorganized the social structure,spatial pattern and public culture which old local social network relied on,and constituted a new social network following the principle for gaining more profit.This reconstruction which separates the society and culture bases of local communities from functional space,causes the resistance of local community.And in this process,both local government and urban planning are absent to bring into play.
