试论明代中后期的言论自由

Freedom of Speech in the Middle and Later Periods of Ming Dynasty

中国封建社会到了明代,社会状况发生了巨大变化,这不仅表现在政治、经济等方面,而且人们的思想也随着社会的变化开始不断解放,特别是在言论自由方面,明代中后期从政府到民间都蔚然成风,对当时的社会产生了巨大影响。对这一现象进行分析,对于研究明代中后期的社会现状及灭亡的原因有着深远意义。

The social situations had changed enormously in Ming Dynasty.It not only manifested in politic and economy,but also in minds.With the development of society,thinking had changed enormously,especially in the freedom of speech.,freedom of speech is prevail from people to government in the middle and later period of Ming Dynasty,made a great impact on society.Analysis of this phenomenon has profound historic significance to social condition of that time and the reason of the decline of Ming Dynasty.
