壮骨颗粒联合氨基葡萄糖片对退变性膝骨性关节炎临床疗效的观察 被引量:1

Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of Degenerative Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Zhuanggu Granules and Glucosamine Tablets

摘要 目的探讨壮骨颗粒联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法本试验为临床对照试验。将106名早中期膝骨性关节炎患者,按就诊时间随机分成A、B、C、D四组,分别有28、26、26、25例。A组单纯功能锻炼;B组口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖片;C组口服壮骨颗粒;D组口服壮骨颗粒和硫酸氨基葡萄糖片。同时,B、C、D三组进行功能锻炼。采用Lysholm膝关节评分表在治疗前后6个时间点评定膝关节功能。并于治疗前后留取患者关节灌洗液,测定TNF-α、IL-1β含量。结果 Lysholm评分后三组同对照组(A组)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且变化趋势明显不同。治疗前后TNF-α、IL-1β含量,C组和D组同A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论硫酸氨基葡萄糖和壮骨颗粒对改善轻中度膝骨性关节炎功能均有效果,联合用药可有效地增强临床疗效,且壮骨颗粒有明显降低炎性因子的作用。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)treated with zhuanggu granules and glucosamine tablets.Methods The clinical controlled trial was designed.106 cases of KOA of the early and middle stages were divided into A(28 cases),B(26 cases),C(26 cases)and D(25 cases)groups according to the visiting time randomly.In A group,the function exercises were applied simply.In B group,glucosamine sulfate tablets were prescribed for oral administration.In C group,zhuanggu granules were prescribed for oral administration.In D group,zhuanggu granules and glucosamine sulfate tablets were prescribed for oral administration.Meanwhile,the function exercises were required in B,C and D groups.The Lysholm knee scale was adopted to assess knee joint function in 6 time points before and after treatment.The joint lavage fluid was collected before and after treatment for the content determination of TNF-α-and IL-1β.Results The Lysholm assessment results of the three groups presented the statistical significant differences as compared with the control group(A group)(P0.01)and the change tendencies were different significantly.Before and after treatment,TNF-α-and IL-1β contents in C and D groups were different significantly in statistics as compared with those in A group(P0.01).Conclusion Either glucosamine sulfate tablets or zhuanggu granules can improve the motor function for the patients with KOA of the mild and moderate degrees.The allied medication effectively intensifies the clinical efficacy.Zhuanggu granules reduce obviously the inflammatory factors.
